Our Mission
ChEST promotes community development through sustainable projects which will help to mitigate the root causes of family poverty in Chasefu District.
Our Strategy
ChEST uses a needs and rights based strategy in all its projects using full community involvement and local solutions.
We use participatory methods which enable the people of Chasefu District to play an active and influential role in the decisions that will affect the projects and ultimately their lives.
Their voices and opinions are extremely important to ensure successful and sustainable outcomes.
Facilitate the creation of an enabling environment for quality basic education
Empower women, youth and marginalised groups by providing agricultural material to improve their daily lives
Repair and maintain current boreholes
Support construction of health facilities and provide necessary health equipment
Provide sources of clean drinking water
Support youth sporting activities
Build life skills of parents and youth to promote entrepreneurship
